2010 - Sundays


First class free for new students.

10am - 11:30 Advanced International Standard Ballroom - Each month we focus on a different dance.

11:30 - 12:30pm Intermediate International Standard Ballroom - Each month we focus on a different dance. Prerequisite: 6 months or permission of instructors.

12:30 - 1:30pm Beginning International Standard Ballroom - This is a three month class where you will learn a routine in Waltz, Tango and Quickstep and be able to take it out on the dance floor, whether for social dancing or to compete.

Beginning and Intermediate Standard classes taught by current North American and California State Women's Standard Champions Zoe Balfour and Citabria Phillips.

1:30 - 2:30pm Beginning International Latin Ballroom taught by Zoe Balfour- Each month we will work on a different Latin dance: Cha Cha, Rumba, Jive, Samba.

No partner necessary.
The classes rotate partners.
No experience necessary for beginning classes.
Any and all welcome as long as they are comfortable dancing with partners of any gender.

Cost: Advanced class: $20 per class or $72 with 8 student minimum.Intermediate classes: $15 per class or $52 for four weeks when paid on the first day of class.
Beginning Standard Ballroom: $18 per class or $60 for four weeks when paid on the first day of class.
Beginning Latin: $12 per class or $40 for four weeks when paid on the first day of class. Intermediate/Advanced Latin: $15 per class or $52 for four weeks when paid on the first day of class
No refunds are given for missed classes.

Please note: The classes are designed to build on the previous week's material. While we generally review what we did in the last class, should you have to miss a class, please make an effort to catch up either by asking a fellow classmate to go over it with you or by taking a private lesson. Unless you are familiar with the material, please no drop-ins except on the first day of class.

Also, you are welcome, in fact encouraged, to learn both the leader’s and follower’s roles as that makes you a better dancer and you have to sit out fewer dances. During a month of class however, it is requested that you work on one role or the other.
